We would like to announce the merging of IL Pharma Packaging Co., Ltd. and IL Engineering Management Co., Ltd. with IL Pharma Packaging Co., Ltd. being the remaining company. This will go into effect on October 1st, 2024.

We will continue to work hard to earn the further appreciation of everyone who has supported us up to now, and we ask for your continued patronage.

In addition, due to this merger, we have decided to withdraw from the plant business that IL Engineering Management Co., Ltd. has been involved in.
