Handling of Personal Information
In accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, IL Group has established the following privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") regarding the protection and handling of personal information provided by our customers.
1. Group Policy on the Protection of Personal Information
IL Group promises to properly and strictly manage the important personal information provided by our customers in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other laws and regulations, and to take necessary and sufficient security measures to prevent unauthorized access to personal information and the loss, destruction, alteration, or leakage of personal information.
2. Personal Information
The term "personal information" as used in this policy refers to information about a living individual that can be used to identify a specific individual by name, date of birth, or other description contained in the information (including information that can be easily cross-checked with other information and thereby used to identify a specific individual). IL Group may ask customers to provide the following personal information for the purposes of use described in 3 below when conducting transactions with customers.

- Other information necessary to achieve the purposes of use described in 3 below
3. Purpose of Use
IL Group will use your personal information only for the following purposes
- (1) To improve and enhance the services provided by IL Group
- (2) To provide customers with information related to the IL Group's business that may be of interest to them via e-mail, direct mail, etc.
- (3) To respond to customer inquiries and requests for information materials
- (4) To research and analyze marketing data and develop new services
- (5) To notify customers of matters necessary for the operation of the Group's website
- (6) For other matters incidental or related to the Group's business
4.Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
IL Group will not provide your personal information to any third party without your consent. However, this shall not apply in the following cases
- (1) When personal information is provided as a result of the succession of business due to merger or other reasons
- (2) When it is necessary to cooperate with a national agency, a local government, or an individual or entity entrusted by either of the former two in executing their legally mandated duties, and obtaining the customer's consent may interfere with the execution of such duties.
- (3) Cases in which the personal information is used jointly as described in 5 below
- (4) Other cases permitted under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other laws and regulations.

IL Group will jointly use customers' personal information as follows

- Other information necessary for the purposes of joint use described in (3) below

6. disclosure of personal information
When IL Group receives a request from a customer for disclosure of personal information in accordance with the provisions of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, IL Group shall confirm that the request is made by the customer himself/herself and disclose the information to the customer without delay. However, this does not apply to cases in which the IL Group is not obligated to disclose the information under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information or other laws and regulations. Please note that IL Group may charge a handling fee and actual costs for the disclosure of personal information. 7.
7.Correction and Suspension of Use of Personal Information
- (1) If a customer requests IL Group to correct the content of his/her personal information on the grounds that it is untrue, or to suspend its use on the grounds that it has been used for purposes other than those previously disclosed or that it has been collected through deception or other wrongful means, IL Group shall notify the customer of such correction or suspension. If a customer requests that we suspend the use of his/her personal information on the grounds that it has been handled in a manner that exceeds the scope of the purposes for which it was collected or that it has been collected through deception or other wrongful means, we will conduct the necessary investigation without delay after confirming that the request is made by the customer himself/herself. If the IL Group decides not to take any of the above measures based on reasonable grounds, the IL Group will notify the customer to that effect.
- (2) If the IL Group receives a request from the customer to delete the customer's personal information, and if the IL Group deems it necessary to comply with the request, the IL Group will delete the personal information after confirming that the request was made by the customer himself/herself, and will notify the customer to that effect.

9.Procedures for Changing Privacy Policy
The IL Group shall review the operation of its handling of personal information from time to time and strive for continuous improvement, and may change this policy as necessary. In the event of any changes, IL Group will notify you of such changes by posting such changes on the Group's website. However, in the case of changes that require the consent of the customer under the law, the consent of the customer shall be obtained in a manner prescribed by the Group.
