On February 3^rd, 2026, IL Group obtained SBT certification from the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), the certifying body for greenhouse gas (GHG) emission reduction targets based on scientific evidence.

Science Based Targets (SBT) is a system where the international organization SBTi (Science Based Targets initiative) certifies that a company's greenhouse gas (GHG) emission reduction targets are set based on scientific evidence and are aligned with the Paris Agreement.

IL Group has committed to the following targets:

• Reduce absolute Scope 1 and Scope 2 GHG emissions by 42% by September 2030 from a FY2023 base year
• Reduce absolute Scope 3 GHG emissions by 30% by September 2033 from a FY2023 base year
